My primary treatment approaches include CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care. However, I am always open to learning more and hope to become certified in EMDR Interventions in the near future! I have worked with several individuals with a variety of conditions including: Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, ADHD, Body Image Concerns, old, Substance Use Issues, Adjustment Issues, and Self-Esteem. I strive to meet all my clients exactly where they are at in life, as YOU are the expert in your own journey and I am here to support you every step of the

I am extremely passionate about both the mental and physical health of myself and others and often use the concepts of mindfulness and the mind-body connection as
a foundation of my work.
Aside from my passion for mental health, I am also passionate about creative expression and the arts in general! I have been a dancer now for 20 years and have been teaching dance professionally for three years now. I love being able to work in environments that support both my love for dance, and therapy; to me, they are one in the same.

More About Jane
HI! My name is Jane and I am a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern with 8 years’ experience working with children and their families. I graduated with my Master’s in Social Work from Walden University and completed my Bachelors in Psychology at Florida Atlantic University, with minors in Criminology and Sociology. My professional journey within the child welfare system has led to a trauma-informed care approach, as well as adoption competency. My experiences within this field have shaped my outlook on counseling, instilling in me a deep understanding of the complex dynamics and profound impacts of trauma on
individuals and families.
I approach counseling with an eclectic set of treatment modalities, tailoring my style to the specific needs of each client; some of these include CBT, attachment theory, existential therapy, play therapy, and inner child work on past trauma all in a foundation of being client-centered and strengths based. I am looking forward to getting certified in EMDR and am always researching new modalities that will best suit my individual clients needs! I strive to foster a positive environment that clients can see as a safe space where they will feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their journey towards healing and growth.
I am a strong advocate for self-care, both for myself as well as my clients. Recognizing that healing extends beyond therapy, I encourage mindfulness practices and self-nurturing activities. Whether it is going for a walk, connecting with friends, baking, working on a puzzle, or exploring a new hobby, I understand the significance of fostering well-being outside of therapy sessions. After all, self-care is a vital component of our holistic wellness.
I look forward to meeting you and being a part of your therapy journey!
More About Zoe
Hi there! I’m Zoe, a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern with a passion for working with adolescents and young adult women. I specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, women’s issues, and trauma. Taking a modern and holistic approach to mental health and wellness, I integrate various therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, person-centered therapy, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and somatic interventions. Through an integrative mental health approach, I view the mind and body as one interconnected system which encompasses the relationship between our thoughts, emotions, and physical well-being. Exploring how dysfunction in one system can impact another, we can work towards understanding the root cause of your mental health struggles. My goal is to create a space where we can explore life’s challenges, build resilience, embrace personal growth, and promote overall well-being.
